Omnes Capital is pleased to announce that Lina Zovic has joined its Finance Department as Partner – Deputy Chief Financial Officer, effective September 2024. Lina will work closely with Partner Serge Rakovitch to strengthen the firm’s financial operations.

With nearly 15 years of extensive experience across various sectors in finance, Lina brings a wealth of expertise to Omnes Capital. Her career began in 2010 at KPMG, where she focused on infrastructure, government, and healthcare audits, particularly within the construction industry. In 2015, she joined Group Casino as a financial controller in the Group Finance Department, later being appointed Chief Financial Officer of Casino’s holding activities in 2019. In 2022, Lina was promoted to Group Deputy CFO, where she supervised group efficiency plans and the sustainable finance department. In 2023, she also took on the role of heading Casino’s internal audit department.
