Buyout & Growth Capital – Mid Cap
Ludovic Valentin-Pereira is appointed Principal within the Mid Cap Buyout & Growth Capital team, reporting to Éric Rey, Managing Partner.

The Mid Cap team invests in SMEs with high growth potential via Omnes Croissance 4. This fourth generation fund (€210m) has invested in Cogepart (express delivery service), Bimedia (software solutions for local retailers), Dispam (temperature-controlled transport), Circet (telecoms infrastructure) and ANI (distributor of fasteners for the aerospace sector). It sold Capcom (fibre optics and cable network installation) in February 2017.

Venture Capital
Maximilien Fournier Sourdille joins the Venture Capital team as Associate reporting to Michel de Lempdes, Managing Partner.

With 30 exits, including 10 public offerings in 17 years, the Venture Capital team at Omnes Capital is a major French player in financing innovative start-ups with dual expertise in the deep-tech and healthcare sectors.

Infrastructure – Renewable Energy
In the renewable energy team, Laurent Perret is promoted to Principal. Elisa Steccaglia and Yannic Trueb are each appointed Associate.

The Renewable Energy team is under the responsibility of Serge Savasta, Managing Partner.

Omnes Capital was a pioneer in the energy transition sector with the launch of its first Capenergie fund in 2006. Since then, the company has made more than 35 renewable energy investments in France and Europe corresponding to 1.5 GW of production capacity. In 2016, Omnes Capital launched Construction Energie Plus, the first French fund dedicated to the construction of highly energy-efficient buildings.

Co-Investment
Adrien Celdran is appointed Associate within the Co-investment business line.

Since 2007, Omnes Capital has provided institutional investors with a dedicated mandate service in order to exploit co-investment opportunities with other Private Equity funds in which they are invested. Based on this expertise, Omnes Capital acquires minority holdings in mid and large cap operations alongside European and US funds.

Operational support
Coralie de Clavières joins Omnes Capital as Head of Human Resources. She takes over from Elisabeth Tissier, who is retiring on 31 December.

Serge Rakovitch is appointed Head of Operations. Coralie de Clavières and Serge Rakovitch are placed under the responsibility of Fabien Prévost, CEO.

Omnes Capital has internal functions dedicated to operational support, including marketing and investor relations, communications, human resources, legal, finance, compliance and risk management.

Adrien Celdran (26), Associate
Adrien Celdran joined the Omnes Capital Co-Investment business line in February 2017 as an Analyst. He was appointed Associate in October 2017. Adrien Celdran was previously an Analyst with Crédit Suisse in the Large Caps M&A team. A graduate of the École Polytechnique, Adrien Celdran holds a Master’s from Columbia University (NYC) and a Master’s from HEC business school.

Coralie de Clavières (40), Head of Human Resources
Coralie de Clavières joined Omnes Capital in September 2017 as Head of Human Resources. For the past five years, Coralie de Clavières has been working for law firm Touttée Conseil & Associés. She was previously legal assistant at the UDA (Union des Annonceurs) and an advisor in legal protection with the Aviva Assurances Group. Coralie holds a Master’s in business law from the Université Paris II Assas and a Master’s in Management from IUP-Assas.

Maximilien Fournier Sourdille (28), Associate
Maximilien Fournier Sourdille joined the Venture Capital team as Associate in July 2017. Having completed various internships with research institutes, Maximilien Fournier Sourdille co-founded the start-up FeetMe (connected shoes). A graduate of the École Polytechnique, specialising in Biology & Entrepreneurship, Maximilien Fournier Sourdille holds a Master’s in bio-engineering from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA).

Laurent Perret (30), Principal
Laurent Perret joined the Renewable Energy team at Omnes Capital in July 2010. He was promoted to Principal in October 2017. A mining civil engineering graduate, he also holds a corporate finance qualification in the form of a Master of Science in Management from the EM management school in Lyon.

Serge Rakovitch (52), Head of Operations
Serge Rakovitch joined Omnes Capital in June 2017 as Head of Operations. For six years, Serge Rakovitch was Managing Partner of VCPE Advisory, a consultancy firm specialising in Private Equity. He was previously Partner and General Secretary of OTC Conseil. Serge Rakovitch began his career with Deloitte in auditing, before joining the Corporate Finance department. He then became a financial controller with the Consortium de Réalisation (CDR) at Crédit Lyonnais and Deputy General Secretary at the Société Française des Analystes Financiers. Serge Rakovitch is a graduate of HEC, SFAF and holds a finance and accounting degree.

Elisa Steccaglia (28), Associate
Elisa Steccaglia joined the Renewable Energy team at Omnes Capital as an Analyst in April 2014. She was promoted to Associate in October 2017. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, and is also a Corporate Finance graduate of the Bocconi University in Milan.

Yannic Trueb (29), Associate
Yannic Trueb joined the Renewable Energy team at Omnes Capital as an Analyst in May 2014. He was appointed Associate in October 2017. Yannic Trueb holds a Master’s in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and a degree in Political Sciences from the University of Zurich.

Ludovic Valentin-Pereira (33), Principal
Ludovic Valentin-Pereira joined the Mid Cap Buyout and Growth Capital team as a Senior Associate in September 2016. He was promoted to Principal in October 2017. Ludovic Valentin-Pereira began his career in January 2008 at Perfectis Private Equity, before moving to Montefiore Investment. In September 2009 he joined Pléiade Investissement as Business Manager. He was appointed Deputy Director in 2013. Ludovic Valentin-Pereira is a graduate of ESSEC.
