Appointment at Crédit Agricole Private Equity

Marc-Philippe Botte joins Crédit Agricole Private Equity as an Investment Manager in the Renewable Energy business line, dedicated to investments in companies and projects in the renewable energy and energy efficiency sectors through its fund Capenergie.

Marc-Philippe Botte, 35, graduated from the Solvay Business School in Brussels.

He started his career in 1998 as an Assistant Professor at the Free University of Brussels (ULB) prior to joining the mergers and acquisitions team at Mees Pierson/Fortis Bank in Amsterdam. In 2001, he became Director within the M&A department of Fortis Bank in Paris, where he has been in charge of several transactions within the renewable energy sector.
