Ikaros Solar Park 1
Founded in 2010, ISP 1 is a holding company set up to invest in photovoltaic power plants built by Ikaros Solar. Ikaros Solar, a Belgian company in the Capenergie 2 portfolio, develops turnkey solar photovoltaic power plants. The ISP 1 holding company owns 15 MWp in generation projects, including the Kluizen facility, one of the largest ground-based photovoltaic facilities in Belgium. This sale was the first exit from the Capenergie 2 fund and the first exit from the Capenergie funds outside France.
Neoen
Neoen is a French leading and one of the world’s largest independent power producers of renewable energy. The company was founded in 2008 by Jacques Veyrat. Neoen develops, finances, builds and operates power plants running on renewable energy sources (solar, wind, biomass). Neoen’s footprint extends across 12 countries, including France, Portugal, Australia, Mexico and Egypt. The company aims to achieve a capacity in operation and under construction in excess of 5 GW by 2021.
In October 2018 Neoen entered the regulated market of Euronext Paris and its IPO presented the largest capital raise in the last 16 months on Euronext Paris.

Located in Venice-Mestre and founded in 2004 by the Ceroni family, Elettrostudio Energia is an Italian renewable multi-energy independent power producer. In 2017 Elettrostudio Energia was holding an operating portfolio of more than 70 MW of aggregated installed capacity diversified in wind, solar, biomass and hydro projects.

Methaneo
Founded in 2007, Methaneo has specialised in the development of collective anaerobic digestion projects harnessing agricultural and agrifood biomass. Anaerobic digestion involves fermenting organic materials to produce energy using methane-rich biogas, which is released using this process. The company focuses in particular on regional anaerobic digestion projects. An essential characteristic of this type of facility is that it involves a large number of local partners, such as biomass suppliers and heat recovery specialists (industrial companies, farmers and local authorities), unlike individual projects on farms that generally have just one participant. This characteristic lends itself to economies of scale and higher levels of heat recovery.

Solar Participations is a French infrastructure holding company created by Capenergie and Urbasolar in 2010 with the aim of acquiring operating solar plants developed and built by Urbasolar. Solar Participations achieved the acquisition of 12 roof-top photovoltaic plants with a total installed capacity of 7 MW.
Urbasolar
Urbasolar is headquartered in Montpellier, in France and was founded by Arnaud Mine and Stéphanie Andrieu in 2006. The company operates a dual business model being both, a leading platform in EPC and services and an independent renewable energy producer. The company is fully integrated and is active in designing, constructing, financing and operating solar power plants on buildings and parking canopies as well as ground-mounted plants.
As an authentic partner to regional communities, mass retailers, and industry, Urbasolar has built power plants for diversified and prestigious clients among which Carrefour, Airbus and La Poste Group. Capenergie accompanies Urbasolar since 2008.

Solar Energies is a holding company set up to finance renewable energy infrastructure. This represents the first investment made by Aérowatt Participations in photovoltaic plants. Aérowatt Participations, set up in 2007 together with Aérowatt, was dedicated to making investments in renewable energy projects.

Valorem is a pioneer in the French wind industry with an international presence thanks to local partnerships. Its portfolio consists of high quality and diversified projects. The Valorem group controls the entire development cycle of green power generation, from prospecting and design through to project management and full operation. Velcan Energy was created in Avril 2005, operating as an independent power producer, especially focusing on the hydro sector. Velcan Energy’s activity is to develop, construct and exploit hydropower plants with an average size of between 50 and 200 MW. The company is present in emerging countries such as India, Brazil, Laos and Indonesia and is managing a global portfolio of assets. Its major power project under development are hydropower concessions located in India and totalling 571 MW. Velcan Holdings is listed on the Paris Euronext Growth Stock Market.

Compagnie du Vent, part of the Suez group and one of France’s leading energy companies, is a major player in renewable energy owing to its diversification into the generation of electricity from solar photovoltaic and biofuel. La Compagnie du Vent has also built close to 60 MW in capacity for third parties in Morocco.
