Managing Partner

Michel de LEMPDES

Michel de Lempdes is Managing Partner, in charge of Venture Capital activity. He is a member of Omnes Capital’s Executive Committee. He currently sits on the Supervisory Board of Vsora, Solvionic, Qantev, The Exploration Company and Jimmy Energy. He has also been involved in numerous sales of companies where he had invested, in particular Dibcom (sold to Parrot), Miwoya (sold to Syncronoss Inc), MonShowroom (sold to Casino), Si Automation (sold to PDF Solutions Inc), Oclio (sold to Online Commerce Partners), Novaled (sold to Samsung), EVE (sold to Synopsys Inc) and Tronics (sold to TDK EPCOS). Michel de Lempdes’ career began with Crédit Agricole CIB in New York, before he helped to set up Crédit Lyonnais Venture Capital in 2001, which later became Omnes Capital’s Venture Capital unit, where he worked in hardware sectors. In addition, he is the founding chairman of France Deeptech which brings together the french Deeptech ecosystem. Michel de Lempdes graduated from Neoma business school.

François-Xavier DEDDE

François-Xavier is a Partner within the Venture Capital team. After starting his career at Thales Avionics and Safran, François-Xavier moved to venture capital in 2004 when he joined Crédit Lyonnais Private Equity. In 2005, he relocated to New York to work at Crédit Agricole CIB, covering the aerospace and defense industry for the bank. In 2006, he moved back to Paris, joining the venture capital team at Omnes. At Omnes, he led and co-led more than 20 investments. He has notably managed and sold the following companies: Tiller Systems (Sumup – UK), Mes Docteurs (VYV Group – FR), AT Internet (Piano software – US), SeniorAdom (VYV Group – FR), Adictiz (Webedia – FR), Qualtera (Synopsys – US), Aquafadas (Rakuten – JPN), Deny All (Rohde and Schwarz – DE). François-Xavier holds a master’s degree in engineering from ESIEE Paris, and a postgraduate degree in finance from EM Lyon.

Fabien COLLANGETTES

Deeptech

Fabien Collangettes joined Omnes Capital’s Venture Capital team in January 2017 and was appointed Partner in 2023. He began his career at Accuracy before co-founding a start-up acquired by CIS Valley. He currently sits on the Supervisory Board of Sekoia.io, Quandela, Own Security, Elistair, Capsule Corp Lab, SeqOne Genomics, Iktos, Therapixel and Qubit Pharmaceuticals. He has also been involved in the sales of two companies where he had invested : Sentryo (sold to Cisco) and Antelop Solutions (sold to Entrust). Fabien Collangettes holds an engineering degree from Supélec and a Master of Science in Finance from Imperial College (London, UK).

Renaud POULARD

Deeptech

Renaud Poulard is Partner within the Venture Capital team. He began his career in 1991 with the Sagem group, working on research and development projects in the telecoms and defence sectors for close to 10 years. After gaining an MBA from INSEAD in 2000, he moved into venture capital as a partner with the Seventures fund, then switching to Omnes Capital in 2005. Electronics and telecommunications are his main areas of interest. Renaud has completed over 20 investments and 7 exits, including Erenis (sold to SFR – May 2007), Bizanga (sold to Cloudmark Inc. – June 2010), 3D+ (sold to Heico Corp. – April 2011), Envivio (IPO on the Nasdaq – April 2012). He currently sits on the board of directors of ACCO, Scality, H2i Technologies, Edagora, Visiware, Progexia, Oxatis and Confortvisuel. Renaud qualified as a telecoms engineer at the Ecole Supérieure d’Optique and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Guillaume BLAVIER

Guillaume Blavier joined the Deeptech Venture Capital team in May 2019 as an Analyst. Guillaume Blavier graduated with a master’s degree in Business Development from Audencia Business School. He holds a diploma in pharmacy from Rouen University.

Maia FALKÅ

Deeptech

Maia Falkå joined the Omnes Venture Capital team in October 2022 as Principal. Previously, she worked for 3 years as Associate at LeadX Capital Partners, the investment fund of the Metro Group, after a period at Simon-Kucher & Partners, a strategy consulting firm in London. Maia graduated from the University of Exeter in the UK and the ESB Business School in Germany.

Hugo HUBERT

Hugo Hubert joined the Omnes Venture Capital team in january 2020, as Analyst. Previously, he did an internship at Ares & Co. Hugo graduated from Télécom Paris, in data science. He holds a master’s degree in management and strategy from the London School of Economics.

Paul MAURENS

Paul Maurens joined the Omnes Venture Capital team in September 2022 as an Analyst. Before joining us, he did internships in the Venture Capital team of EDF (EDF Pulse Ventures) and in audit at KPMG. Paul graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
