Omnes takes a unique approach to renewable energy, transforming developers into independent power producers to provide green energy to millions. Omnes’ Capenergie funds have 3.8 billion euros of assets under management.

The energy transition is one of the defining challenges of the 21st century, requiring significant efforts and investments to shift from a fossil fuel-based system to one powered by renewable energy. Omnes is dedicated to delivering for its investors, while leading this transformation.

As the urgency to transition to sustainable energy sources intensifies, investing in renewable energy is not just a winning strategy, but a necessity. For the past fifteen years, Omnes has been at the forefront of this critical movement, partnering with European renewable energy developers to create leading independent power producers (IPPs). Our private equity investment approach is unique in the European market, and captures the entire asset lifecycle value chain.

By facilitating the creation of new operational capacity, we enhance the grid with additional capabilities. This directly contributes to the decarbonization of energy systems and enables energy security and independence.

Through our flagship Capenergie strategy, we develop closed-end investment funds designed for asset owners seeking exceptional financial returns and sustainable impact. Working closely with local management teams, we ensure the growth and success of our projects, solidifying Omnes as a key player in Europe’s energy transition.
