Chairman and Chief Investment Officer

Fabien PRÉVOST

Co-Investment, Executive Committee
Fabien Prévost began his career as a Consultant in the United States before moving to Paris where he joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Senior Consultant in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. From 1988 to 1991, he specialised in mergers and acquisitions, initially within the M&A division of First Boston Corp in New York and then at Financière Indosuez in Paris. In 1992 he founded Proxidis, a specialised distribution group that was floated on the Paris Bourse (Nouveau Marché) in 1996. Between 2004 and 2023, he was CEO of Omnes Capital, after joining it in 2000 to set up the Venture Capital business. Today, he holds the positions of Chairman and CIO. Fabien Prévost was Director and Vice-Chairman (2010-2012) of the AFIC and Chairman of AFIC’s Statistical and Economic Research Committee (2009-2013). Fabien was elected to the Mid-Market Council at the Invest Europe in February 2015. He graduated in Civil Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of California-Berkeley.

Simon Hardi joined the Omnes Co-Investment team in October 2019 as Principal. He was previously Director at L.E.K. Consulting. Simon Hardi has a degree in engineering from l’Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées. He also graduated from l’École d’Architecture de la Ville et des Territoires de Paris.

Léopoldine joined Omnes’ Co-Investment team in February 2024 as an Analyst. Previously, she was a strategy consultant at Roland Berger, working primarily on due diligences. She graduated from ESCP Business School.

Marwan ISSAC

Co-Investment
Marwan joined the Co-investment team in July 2024 as an Analyst. Previously, Marwan completed a 6-month internship at PwC in Transaction Services, as well as another internship in Real Estate at Barnes International. Marwan has a master’s degree (MSc) in Corporate Finance from ESSEC.

Yasmine LAZRAK

Co-Investment
Yasmine Lazrak joined the Omnes Co-Investment team in December 2023 as a Principal. She was previously a manager at Bain & Company in Toronto, where she focused on private equity strategic due diligence and performance improvement. Yasmine has a bachelor degree in Commerce from McGill University in Montreal.
